- How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel.
To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on «Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure.
You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
